The Macmillan Welfare Rights Service provides benefit advice, help with the claiming process, assistance and representation at appeals as well as money advice. It is an established service offering direct assistance with welfare benefits, Macmillan grants and disabled blue badge parking permits. The service aims to provide equal access to good quality information and a range of services that provide holistic support to people affected by cancer, their carers and relatives.

Halton Borough Council area residents. This includes the towns of Widnes and Runcorn.
